ThruLine v0.2.0

Four CLI archives and SHA256SUMS. Each archive holds the thruline binary, LICENSE.md and THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md. Not notarized: this draft was built without Apple signing credentials. The macOS binaries are not Developer ID signed or Apple notarized, and macOS will warn on first run. Review this draft before publishing.

##Known issues

• Settings › Privacy & storage draws a "Remove…" button on each storage part. In v0.2.0 these buttons are
  disabled (they do nothing when pressed) and the page says removing is not available in this version;
  removing records comes in 0.2.1.
• The Settings "Local model notes" copy says a model can run "…or to an API provider you name". v0.2.0
  accepts only a local model on a loopback address (Ollama on 127.0.0.1, localhost or ::1) and refuses
  any other address. The copy over-claims; it will be corrected in 0.2.1.
• thruline verify exits 1 (MISMATCH) when an agent has rewritten one of its own session files after
  ThruLine recorded it (seen with older Codex sessions). The reason line says so: ThruLine's record and its
  sealed copy of the original stay intact. Exit 1 here is a finding about the agent's file, not damage to the
  record.
