@github-actions github-actions released this 02 Sep 12:41

Telemachos for Apple Silicon - a self-contained AI workspace. Download the disk image, drag Telemachos to Applications, open it. No Python, no Docker, no server to run.

Install

  1. Download Telemachos.dmg below.
  2. Open it and drag Telemachos to Applications.
  3. Right-click Telemachos in Applications, choose Open, then Open again.

Step 3 happens once. This build is signed ad-hoc - a real signature, but without an Apple Developer certificate behind it, so macOS asks you to confirm the first launch. Equivalent from Terminal:

xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Telemachos.app

Requires macOS 13 or later on Apple Silicon (M1 and up).

First launch

Open Settings and add an API key for your model provider. Ollama and LM Studio are detected automatically if you run them. Your data lives in ~/Library/Application Support/Telemachos.
