Changes

  • Add focused verbose progress layout for Telegram-friendly live progress bubbles.
  • Add plain-live markdown cleanup so reasoning/progress no longer leaks raw markers like title.
  • Add capped sections for Now, Why, State, Progress, Reasoning, Plan, Delegates, Background, Tools, Changes, and Debug.
  • Update installer defaults and docs to prefer focused/verbose layout.
