v0.1.31

  • Add semantic activity classification for focused HUD Now, including tests, release publishing, GitHub release publishing, execute_code previews, and subagent work.
  • Keep focused Progress sourced from real assistant commentary only; semantic tool activity is limited to the Now header.
  • Preserve actual tool lines in the focused Tools section.
  • Normalize 🐍 execute_code tool lines so real formatter output gets semantic Now treatment.
  • Bump pinned install/uninstall references and release metadata to v0.1.31.
