Refactor package structure for maintainability.

  • Move implementation modules into focused subpackages: runtime, cli, settings, models, rendering, hooks, gateway, and utils.
  • Keep root compatibility facades for existing imports.
  • Preserve module CLI execution for hermes_progress_tail.installer.
  • Add regression coverage for source-tree and wheel-installed installer source resolution.
  • Keep delegate rendering split out from the main renderer.
