Add bundled SQLite dylib files for both ARM64 and x64 architectures to
eliminate the need for manual Homebrew installation. The new loading
priority checks bundled libraries first, then falls back to custom
config paths, and finally Homebrew-installed SQLite. This provides a
plug-and-play experience for macOS users while maintaining flexibility
for custom configurations.
