Build:
- The crate is publishable on crates.io again: eido moved to dev-dependencies,
  where cargo strips a git dependency from the published manifest instead of
  refusing to publish. It is used only by the pidf-test integration test, which
  is now a bare feature and is excluded from the package.
- CI, hook, patch and script directories are excluded from the package.
