Updates to the get_confidence_interval() function. * There is a new type argument option "bias-corrected" following #237's initial implementation. * Outputs for different type values now have consistent column names (#317). * Message is given if level isn't explicitly supplied * Tests are now more thorough. * Code is slightly refactored.

The vignettes now store .Rdata with serialize version 3.
Skipping vdiffr tests on R-devel due to a vdiffr issue with r-devel (see r-lib/vdiffr 86)
Due to an unaddressed issue (86) with vdiffr.
Also removes the VDIFFR_RUN_TESTS config from the CI devel settings to make sure the skip conditions work as expected.

0.5.3 was accepted to CRAN this morning! Will merge to master first, and then to develop, since there are some updates on develop that were added since the submission.
Edit: second attempt after having trouble getting the PR to recognize the new commits.
