Windows downloads are now self-contained and start on clean Windows installations.

  • Link the Windows executable statically.
  • Reject release builds that import LLVM-MinGW runtime DLLs.
  • Test the archive before MSYS2 adds toolchain DLLs to PATH.

Fixes #36.
