Added

• codexmon models --agent codex|claude [--json] lists current model choices
  and marks the default. New choices include GPT-6.1 Sol, Claude Opus 5.5,
  and Claude Sonnet 5.5. Native model overrides remain unrestricted.
  Text output contains only the table; the informational note goes to stderr.
• The README and bundled skill list the current model choices. GPT-6 Astra
  and Claude Fable 5.1 remain the defaults for demanding work.

Changed

• models now belongs to codexmon. Cursor's native models command still
  runs through the monitor. Use codexmon run --agent cursor -- models to
  reach Cursor's native command directly.
