No more data from Fusion Solar (Huawei Sun2000 5KTL-M1)

Since few days, no more data from the plugin

Everything is in "not available" state. I've reloaded an old version of my HA and it's the same

I've also deleted the bridge and readded from my Api account, It now show the bridge Fusion Solar but nothing in it

Enable debug-mode and check the logs please.
Probably there is an error in the logs which will indicate what the problem is.

The same here; since Wednesday morning no data have been transmitted. All items are “Not available”

Hello,

I had same issue today since 2 days and found the root cause and solution.

Root cause is on Huawei side. There was an update some days ago and now you need to define API rights access in the FusionSolar app.

If you don’t have lastest FusionSolar mobile app, update it first. Then, open it and follow this way to allow API access. Exit app and reboot HA.

Perfect ! It worked for me. Strange that the app interract with API. I'm not using it a lot, didn't see that there is a new "API" option in it.

This is odd, I don't see this option there.
I am the installer but even at the web application it is absent.
I made sure to update the app as well (using the Huaweii app galery since fusion solar is not available in the play store).
Am I doing something wrong maybe?

Same Problem, but also missing the "Set permission"@basic Info. I'm the Company administrator
App v25.2.101.001 (Android)

EDIT; You need an Owner Account then the API Switch will show up.

I’m end user. This is maybe why you don’t see this option. Maybe @freeman59 could tell us if he is end user too to confirm this possibility.

By the way, on iOS, app version is 25.2.101.001.

Hello

I'm using android as End user and downloaded FusionSolar from Huawei App gallery. I saw that it talked about API and was possible to toggle just before I've updated app, but after it was also shown

You have to go to "Me" > Power plant management > basic info (it's noted "info base" in French) > set permissions > toggle API access

Then wait few minutes (maybe 30) to get return. Let me know

I am an end user and enabling API access in the app was the solution. It worked right after toggling the button.

I am the end user and I don't see the API option available. Any clues where to search for a solution?

@Nielskeuhn you should have the Fusion Solar app version 25.2.101.001 (if you are Android user) but the previous one worked for me as it pop up a call for API

check this on the app, clicking "Me" > About. if you are correct then refer my last comment to enable API

I Checked the settings and my app version is 25.2.101.001. I've attached some screenshots (including the missing 'api access' button)

Update: went from getting no data to getting partial data (see screenshot) to full data again without changing anything. Still no 'API-access' function available.
