CpptraceTest v0.1

Provides two example apps, both deliberately throwing an exception within a "noexcept" context that eventually triggers the registered terminate handler:

• The console app calls a "noexcept" method that throws an exception
• The window app tries to instantiate a "QMainWindow": the "noexcept" constructor throws an exception
• The actual Cpptrace calls are made from within a common dynamic "StackTrace" library (for no reason other than trying to get as close to my actual setup)
