flood.md v0.2.2

• Restored the dock glass layer in collapsed and expanded states.
• Detect Codex installed by the desktop app even when it is absent from PATH. A manual executable picker is available in agent settings, with a saved selection and a return to automatic discovery.
• English is the default for new installations. Switch between English and Russian in application settings; existing language preferences are preserved.

Tests were intentionally skipped for this owner-authorized hotfix.
