First release. Compatible and tested with:

Gazepoint GP3 HD
SR-Research Eyelink 1000 Plus

This release works under Windows only (tested under Windows 10 Home and Professional editions).

Software build has been tested using Visual Studio 2017 but should work using standard CMake.
