• Restored the normal release workflow path for publishing the full built
  distribution set to PyPI now that the separate millrace-web pending trusted
  publisher is configured.
• Updated millrace-web to 0.17.1 with a synchronized
  millrace-ai>=0.17.1 dependency so the optional web dashboard can ship from
  PyPI alongside the base runtime in normal releases.
• Updated the public README proof point to document the autonomous Rust
  Millrace parity implementation campaign instead of the earlier comparative
  benchmark.
