First release.

  • Widens PDF pages with pdf-lib to add blank margin space for handwritten
    annotation in Zotero's native reader (and on the iPad after sync).
  • Auto mode: newly imported PDF attachments are extended automatically once
    their download finishes.
  • Manual mode: extend PDFs on demand via the right-click context menu.
  • Configurable margin side: Right, Left, Left + Right, Top, Bottom, Top + Bottom.
  • Configurable amount in percent, millimetres, centimetres, or points.
  • Reset PDF size: crops an extended PDF back to its original dimensions,
    using the settings recorded in the attachment tag.
