What's Changed

• fix: dh.pool no longer exponentiates gaussian estimates. dh.pool(family = "gaussian", exponentiate = TRUE) warned that the argument was ignored, then exponentiated anyway. Now genuinely ignored, matching dh.lmTab.

Breaking if you used that combination — estimates and CIs will change. Binomial unaffected.
