Terms of Service
The terms for using AntiLink.
View this page in the localized AntiLink documentation
Last updated: 2026-07-03.
By inviting AntiLink to a Discord server, using AntiLink commands, accessing the AntiLink dashboard, redeeming a premium code, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
By using AntiLink, you also agree to follow all applicable Discord rules and policies, including:
- Discord Terms of Service
- Discord Community Guidelines
- Discord Privacy Policy
- Discord Developer Terms of Service
- Discord Developer Policy
- Discord Paid Services Terms, where applicable
You are also responsible for complying with any third-party service terms that apply to your use of AntiLink, including payment, hosting, support, or platform services used in connection with AntiLink.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use AntiLink and remove the bot from your server.
AntiLink is a Discord moderation bot designed to help server owners, administrators, and moderators detect, block, and manage unwanted links, phishing attempts, spam links, suspicious URLs, and related moderation events.
AntiLink is a moderation assistance tool. It does not replace human moderation, server rules, Discord Trust & Safety enforcement, or the responsibility of server owners and staff.
AntiLink is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Discord Inc.
AntiLink is operated by its developer from Jordan.
AntiLink's hosting, servers, databases, or infrastructure may be located in Germany, the European Union, or other locations depending on operational, security, performance, and availability requirements.
The location of AntiLink's infrastructure does not change your responsibility to comply with these Terms, Discord's rules, and any laws that apply to your use of the service.
AntiLink may be used by Discord servers and users from different countries and regions.
These Terms are intended to apply internationally to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. If any mandatory law in your country or region gives you rights that cannot legally be limited or waived by these Terms, those mandatory rights remain unaffected.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AntiLink is lawful in your country, region, organization, Discord server, and community.
If using AntiLink is prohibited or restricted in your country, region, organization, Discord server, or legal jurisdiction, you must not use the service where prohibited.
We may restrict, suspend, block, or refuse access to AntiLink in any country, region, server, or account where we believe continued operation may create legal, compliance, security, abuse, sanctions, platform, or infrastructure risk.
You may only use AntiLink if you meet Discord's minimum age requirements and are legally able to use Discord and related third-party services in your country or region.
You may only use AntiLink on Discord servers where you have the necessary permission to invite bots, manage server settings, configure moderation tools, or act on behalf of the server owner.
By configuring AntiLink, changing dashboard settings, redeeming premium, adding whitelist entries, changing bot language, or modifying moderation behavior, you confirm that you are authorized to make those changes for that server.
You are responsible for all actions taken by users, moderators, administrators, owners, or team members who have access to configure AntiLink on your server.
The AntiLink dashboard may require Discord OAuth authentication to identify your Discord account, servers, permissions, and access rights.
Dashboard access is granted based on your Discord account, your server permissions, and AntiLink's internal access rules. Access may be limited, removed, or changed at any time for security, abuse prevention, maintenance, compliance, or policy reasons.
If AntiLink provides owner, team, or admin-only areas, those areas are restricted to authorized users only. Attempting to access, bypass, abuse, or exploit restricted areas is prohibited.
You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure. Actions taken through your Discord account, dashboard session, server permissions, or authorized team access may be treated as actions taken by you.
AntiLink may allow server administrators to configure moderation behavior, including but not limited to:
- Enabling or disabling AntiLink features.
- Managing whitelist entries.
- Setting allowed channels, roles, categories, users, or URLs.
- Configuring premium-only features.
- Enabling or configuring the optional Member Defense feature (raid and mass-join protection), including its action mode.
- Changing dashboard or bot language settings.
- Reviewing bot status, moderation logs, or related activity where available.
You are responsible for reviewing your configuration and ensuring it matches your server's moderation policy, Discord's rules, and any laws that apply to your server or community.
AntiLink may remove messages, block links, log moderation actions, and - where you enable the optional Member Defense feature - take automated protective actions on members who join during a detected raid or whose accounts are very new, such as alerting staff, assigning a quarantine role, kicking, or banning. All of these are based on your configuration. You are responsible for choosing the Member Defense action mode and for the consequences of enabling, disabling, or misconfiguring these features.
Whitelist features are provided to help reduce false positives and allow trusted users, roles, channels, categories, or URLs depending on the available plan and feature set.
Adding an item to the whitelist may reduce or bypass AntiLink checks for that item. You are responsible for ensuring that whitelisted users, roles, channels, categories, and URLs are trusted.
AntiLink may not detect every malicious link, phishing attempt, spam campaign, or unwanted message. AntiLink may also incorrectly flag legitimate content. No automated moderation system is perfect.
AntiLink may offer premium features for eligible servers.
Premium may include features such as expanded whitelist limits, premium-only configuration options, advanced moderation controls, dashboard features, or other enhanced functionality.
Premium is activated using one-time codes or other supported activation methods. Unless otherwise stated:
- Premium applies to a specific Discord server.
- Premium codes are non-transferable after redemption.
- Redeeming a valid code may extend existing premium time.
- Lost, leaked, shared, resold, stolen, or misused codes may be refused or disabled.
- Premium access may be suspended or removed if abuse, fraud, chargeback activity, policy violations, unauthorized resale, or legal/compliance risk is detected.
Premium features may change over time. Purchasing, redeeming, or receiving premium does not guarantee that any specific feature will remain available permanently.
Payments, subscriptions, premium purchases, or other paid access are subject to the payment terms shown at the time of purchase or redemption.
Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), our Merchant of Record, who handles checkout, billing, tax, and refunds on our behalf. Your use of Paddle is also subject to:
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Except where that policy or applicable law requires otherwise, premium purchases, redeemed codes, and digital access are non-refundable once premium has been activated.
If mandatory consumer protection law in your country or region gives you refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other statutory rights that cannot legally be waived, those rights remain unaffected.
Where premium access, digital access, or a code is redeemed immediately, you acknowledge that the service may begin immediately after redemption and that cancellation or refund rights may be limited where permitted by applicable law.
AntiLink may refuse, cancel, or revoke premium access in cases involving fraud, abuse, chargebacks, unauthorized resale, violation of these Terms, violation of Discord's rules, or legal/compliance risk.
You agree not to:
- Abuse, attack, overload, disrupt, or attempt to damage AntiLink or its infrastructure.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, copy, clone, or exploit AntiLink systems.
- Attempt to bypass dashboard permissions, premium checks, owner-only features, team-only features, or access controls.
- Use AntiLink for spam, harassment, raids, phishing, scams, malware distribution, or other abusive activity.
- Use AntiLink in a way that violates Discord's Terms, policies, or applicable law.
- Sell, transfer, leak, or misuse premium codes without permission.
- Impersonate AntiLink, its operators, support staff, partners, or official services.
- Use automated tools to abuse the dashboard, API, bot commands, or support systems.
- Attempt to discover private tokens, database credentials, internal endpoints, server infrastructure, or other sensitive information.
- Use AntiLink to collect, expose, process, or distribute unlawful, highly sensitive, or restricted personal information.
- Use AntiLink in any country, region, or environment where doing so is illegal, restricted, or prohibited.
Violation of this section may result in suspension, removal of access, premium revocation, server blacklisting, or other enforcement action.
AntiLink is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We aim to maintain reliable uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability. AntiLink may be affected by maintenance, hosting issues, Discord API outages, Discord platform changes, rate limits, bugs, network issues, attacks, compliance requirements, or other events outside our control.
Features may be added, changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
AntiLink depends on Discord's platform, APIs, permissions system, bot gateway, OAuth system, and policy requirements.
If Discord changes its APIs, permissions, rate limits, verification requirements, privileged intents, OAuth behavior, policies, or enforcement rules, AntiLink may need to change, limit, suspend, or remove certain functionality.
We are not responsible for Discord outages, Discord account actions, Discord server actions, API limitations, permission changes, bot removal, or enforcement decisions made by Discord.
AntiLink may process limited Discord-related data necessary to operate the bot, dashboard, premium system, moderation features, whitelist features, logs, localization features, status systems, abuse prevention, security controls, and support.
Data processing may include information such as Discord user IDs, server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, configuration settings, whitelist entries, premium status, selected language settings, moderation events, member join events and account age where you enable Member Defense, bot status data, and related technical logs. Member Defense uses the Discord Server Members privileged intent only when you enable it, and only for raid and abuse protection; this is described in the AntiLink Privacy Policy.
AntiLink's handling of data is described in the AntiLink Privacy Policy. By using AntiLink, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
Because AntiLink operates on Discord, Discord may separately process your Discord account, server, and platform data under Discord's own Privacy Policy.
Do not use AntiLink to collect, store, expose, or process sensitive personal information unless you have the legal right and proper authority to do so.
AntiLink may provide localization features for the website, dashboard, bot responses, and server-specific or user-specific language preferences.
Translations are provided for convenience. If there is any conflict between translated text and the English version of these Terms, the English version controls unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Language settings may affect how AntiLink displays messages, dashboard content, commands, or bot responses, but they do not change the legal effect of these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your Discord account, server permissions, staff roles, and dashboard access secure.
If you believe your account, server, premium code, or dashboard access has been compromised, contact support as soon as possible.
We may suspend access, invalidate codes, remove sessions, restrict dashboard access, or disable features when necessary to protect AntiLink, users, servers, or infrastructure.
We may suspend, restrict, blacklist, or terminate access to AntiLink at any time if we believe that:
- These Terms have been violated.
- Discord's rules or policies have been violated.
- The service is being abused or attacked.
- Premium access was obtained fraudulently.
- A server, user, or configuration presents a security, legal, operational, compliance, or abuse risk.
- Continued access may harm AntiLink, Discord users, Discord servers, infrastructure, or third parties.
You may stop using AntiLink at any time by removing the bot from your server and discontinuing dashboard use.
Removal of the bot may not automatically delete all historical records, logs, premium records, payment records, security records, or data that must be retained for legitimate operational, legal, fraud-prevention, security, or accounting reasons.
AntiLink, including its name, branding, website, dashboard, bot features, code, designs, documentation, text, logos, systems, and related materials, is owned by its operators or licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, resell, redistribute, or create derivative services based on AntiLink without written permission.
You retain ownership of your own Discord server content, subject to Discord's own terms and policies.
AntiLink may rely on third-party services, including but not limited to Discord, hosting providers, payment processors, analytics services, security tools, support platforms, or infrastructure providers.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms, policies, and privacy notices, including where applicable:
- Discord Terms of Service
- Discord Community Guidelines
- Discord Privacy Policy
- Discord Developer Terms of Service
- Discord Developer Policy
- Discord Paid Services Terms
- Paddle Buyer Terms, for paid subscriptions processed by Paddle
- Paddle Privacy Policy, for paid subscriptions processed by Paddle
We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, fees, disputes, account actions, enforcement decisions, or service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AntiLink is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
We do not warrant that AntiLink will:
- Detect every malicious, unwanted, or suspicious link.
- Prevent every raid, scam, phishing attempt, or spam attack.
- Operate without errors, downtime, or false positives.
- Meet every server's moderation needs.
- Remain compatible with every Discord update, bot permission setup, or server configuration.
You use AntiLink at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AntiLink, its owners, operators, developers, staff, partners, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of premium time, server disruption, moderation mistakes, deleted messages, missed detections, false positives, Discord enforcement actions, downtime, security incidents, or third-party service failures.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid directly to AntiLink for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or zero if you used AntiLink for free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AntiLink, its owners, operators, developers, staff, partners, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
- Your use or misuse of AntiLink.
- Your server configuration.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of Discord's rules or applicable law.
- Content, links, users, roles, channels, or server activity connected to your Discord server.
- Unauthorized access caused by your account, permissions, staff, or security practices.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Jordan, except where mandatory laws in your country or region require otherwise.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When changes are made, we may update the "Last updated" date, publish the revised Terms on the website, notify users through the dashboard, Discord server, support server, or other reasonable channels.
Continued use of AntiLink after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
