Fix color picker conflict

Fixes

• Prevents duplicate registration of <hex-color-picker>, which could cause errors when using this card alongside other cards that also rely on the vanilla-colorful color picker.

This fix was needed and has also been applied to my other cards that use the same color picker:

• Blitzortung Lightning Card
• Background Graph Entities
