This major release introduces vital graphical expansions alongside several core architectural stabilization updates, ensuring maximum visual fidelity and improved configuration capabilities.

Major Enhancements

  • Dynamic Entity Avatars: Tracker targets can now seamlessly render Home Assistant profile pictures extracted via the entity_picture state attribute. Activating show_avatars instantly converts default tracker geometries into beautifully scalable tracking image assets mapped directly onto the radar grid.
  • Geospatial Zone Overlays: Visual tracking now natively incorporates geometry bounds. When show_zones is active, static Home Assistant zone boundaries dynamically draw themselves as visually distinct translucent overlays across the coordinate framework, helping users intuitively assess containment structures dynamically.
  • Conditional Decluttering (Hide at Home): Trackers sitting idly at your exact center origin can rapidly bloat complex interfaces. Activating the hide_at_home parameter establishes an automated visibility filter; targets registering as home exclusively remove themselves from the rendering component until actively departing the location once more.
  • Configurable Action Intercepts: Advanced absolute UI navigation control is natively unlocked down to individual targeting. Overriding a target with structured tap_action definitions executes custom routing overrides, circumventing strict default dialog popups in favor of powerful service invocations.
