Fix Case-Sensitive Weather Overlays

• Map Overlays [#28]: Resolves an issue where case-sensitive overlays (such as rainAccu, snowAccu, gustAccu, and currentsTide) incorrectly fell back to displaying the default wind overlay.
• Product Parameters: Ensures map layers with fixed forecast models (such as currentsTide) correctly match their camelCase identifiers and omit the product parameter.
