New Forecast Models and Catalan Translation Support

This release introduces support for new weather forecast models, Catalan translation, and an integrated editor documentation link, alongside a new automation system to monitor upstream Windy embed updates.

Bug Fixes & Improvements

• Forecast Models [#25]: Added option selections for UKV (UK Met Office) and ACCESS (Australian Bureau of Meteorology) models to the map overlay and forecast data providers.
• Editor [#25]: Registered the card repository documentation URL, enabling the standard Home Assistant dashboard editor "?" help icon.
• Translations [#24]: Added Catalan language support to all card elements and the configuration editor. Thanks to @ArnyminerZ!
• Documentation [#25]: Added interactive, collapsible lookup tables in the README for all available Windy overlay categories and forecast models.
