Changes

• The release tarballs now carry the agent skills, ha-bridge-cli and home-assistant, in a skills/ folder beside the binary. A mise install gets skills that match its version at skills in mise where github:timmo001/ha-bridge. The deb, rpm and Arch packages don't carry them. See Agent skills.
• The ha-bridge-cli skill says how to work inside a Home Assistant app: the app starts ha-bridge serve itself, so don't run serve or setup, there's no systemd, so ask the user to check the app's log, and a log command that says a setting is missing means the app doesn't have it.
