What's new

Faster imports

• Scan phase is now instant (was reading entire 11GB of video over USB for content hashing; switched to filename+size dedup).
• AVI→MP4 conversion uses Apple Silicon GPU (h264_videotoolbox) — ~5-10× faster than libx264.
• Migration seeds the dedup set from existing local backups, so files imported under the old scheme don't re-import.

Better orientation detection

• Primary signal is now face-landmarks roll angle (continuous, accurate when a face is present).
• Falls back to 4-orientation face-rectangle voting, then horizon.

Batch orientation fix

• New scripts/fix-orientation.swift CLI: reads image paths on stdin, emits <path>\t<rotation>. Useful for cleaning up already-published galleries.
