It is only for reading/displaying; not for editing.
It can:
- List issues: `http://localhost:7878/` (same as `http://localhost:7878/list/`)
- Supports filters
- Supports columns
- ID is a hyperlink to `http://localhost:7878/show/{id}/`
- Show issue: `http://localhost:7878/show/{id}/`
- Renders markdown info

The convention is to show `#` in front of issue IDs. This will also be useful for web, so that we can easily add hyperlinks to the issue IDs. Signed-off-by: Timon Burkard <burkard.timon@gmail.com>
