Poznote 6.56.0

This update brings S3 complete backup uploaded to a bucket, automatically or on demand, with restore built in. 🎉

✨ S3 Backups

A new S3 Backups page in Settings lets the admin upload complete backup archives (one ZIP per user, identical to the Complete Backup download) to an S3-compatible bucket, manually or automatically on a schedule.

Every user also gets two new sections:

  • An S3 Backups section on the Backup / Export page, to upload a backup of their own account to the bucket and download the archives already stored there.

  • A Restore from S3 section on the Restore / Import page, to restore their account directly from one of their bucket archives, without downloading and re-uploading the ZIP.

Both sections can be blocked for non-admin users with two new Tenant isolation capabilities.

🎨 Improvements

  • Exports: attachment links in HTML and Markdown exports improved.
  • Tasklists: Insert the tasklist instead of the link of the list only:

  • Graph: dragging a note now moves its whole connected group, and Ctrl + drag moves a single dot independently of its links. A new Reset layout button forgets the saved positions and rearranges the graph automatically.

  • Storage statistics: when S3 attachment storage is enabled, the admin and user statistics show local and S3 attachment sizes separately.
