Poznote 6.57.0
This update introduces an Activity Log, so administrators can see the sensitive operations performed on their instance.
✨ Activity Log
A new Activity log page keeps a history of the destructive and data-movement operations performed on the instance, so administrators can see what happened.
Routine activity is deliberately left out (no notes content or passwords in the logs).
🎨 Improvements
S3 Backups:
- Each user now has an S3 backups storage quota, configurable by the admin and shown in the storage statistics alongside attachments.
- Backup archives now show their last modified date and the table can be sorted by date. The retention policy is explained directly on the page.
- On the admin page, the automatic backup user selection can now be filtered.
- Webhooks: the instance URL used to build the note links in payloads (
data.note.url) can now be configured on the admin Webhooks page, and users are told when it is missing. https://github.com/timothepoznanski/poznote/discussions/1208 - Profile: your user ID is now displayed in the profile modal and in the settings, which is handy when calling the API.
- OIDC: authorization rejections are now logged for easier debugging and auditing. https://github.com/timothepoznanski/poznote/discussions/1216
