Poznote 6.66.0
This version introduces a SaaS mode for hosted instances, colours storage usage against quotas, and makes the Enter key behave properly in code blocks.
✨ New
- New SaaS mode settings page. It groups display elements that make sense when an instance is offered as a hosted service. Everything is hidden by default, so personal and self-hosted instances are not affected.
- An optional Help card in the About section of the settings, visible to every user. It opens a dialog offering up to two channels, both configurable in the SaaS mode settings: a community space link for general questions, and the administrator's email address for account-specific ones, with a copy button. Each channel is optional, and the card only appears when at least one of them is set.
- Storage statistics now colour usage against quotas, on both the admin and the user pages: a figure turns orange at 50% of its limit and red at 80%.
- The user storage statistics page explains each column with help tooltips (database, note files, attachments) and clearly separates local storage from S3. The total now counts local storage only, since S3 attachments have their own column and quota.
- The S3 backup policy text now explains that once the retention limit is reached, each new backup deletes the oldest archive. The "Back up now" confirmation warns you and names the archive that will be deleted.
- The logout dialog now shows which account you are signed in as and displays progress while logging out.
🐛 Fixes
- Enter inside a code block now inserts a new line, and pressing Enter on an empty line exits the block, on desktop as well as mobile. Exiting no longer leaves a blank line at the end of the block. (Thanks to Dieter!)
- Help tooltips across the app now share the same font and a more readable size.
