✨ New

AI Assistant

  • Added the AI Assistant to the dashboard: it opens right there instead of sending you to the notes page.
  • The panel, its width and the conversation now follow you between the notes page and the dashboard.
  • The assistant can now organize your notes: tags, folders (list, create, rename), moving notes between folders, favorites.
  • The assistant can set or remove reminders on notes, and knows the current date and time in your timezone.
  • The assistant can add, check, rename and remove tasks in task lists, and toggle checkboxes inside notes.
  • The assistant can move notes and folders to the trash (never a permanent delete, no way to empty the trash).
  • Added a workspace line above the assistant input, next to the current note.

Dashboard

  • Added drag and drop to arrange note cards on the dashboard, independent from the sidebar order.
  • Added a "Wide" card size to the view toggle.
  • The dashboard now remembers the last scope you chose (all workspaces, by tag, custom list).
  • Added a "Manage workspaces" button to the scope selector.

Workspaces

  • Added a color per workspace, shown as a dot next to its name in the workspace menu and on its cards in multi-workspace dashboard views.
  • API: workspaces now carry a color, and POST /notes/reorder accepts "scope": "dashboard".

🚀 Improved

  • The workspace badge now shows on every card of a multi-workspace view, folders included.

  • The assistant panel scrolls to the latest message when a conversation is restored.
  • Added a chevron to the workspace name on the dashboard to show it opens the scope selector.

🐛 Fixed

  • Fixed the note scroll-to-edge buttons overlapping the AI Assistant panel.
  • Fixed the AI Assistant welcome hint showing in English before translations were loaded.
  • Fixed the back link of the settings password screen pointing to the dashboard instead of the notes page.
