Added

• Memrain runs on the Claude 5.5 models. Point MEMRAIN_UTILITY_MODEL or
  MEMRAIN_FACTS_MODEL at eu.anthropic.claude-haiku-5-5 (about a tenth of
  Haiku 4.5's price) or eu.anthropic.claude-sonnet-5-5. These models reject a
  custom temperature and think by default, so Memrain leaves the temperature
  out for them and turns thinking off where the model allows it. The defaults
  stay on Haiku 4.5 and Sonnet 4.6.
• The spend ledger prices Haiku 5.5 and Sonnet 5.5 at their own rates instead
  of the older family's.
• Terraform lets the instance role call Haiku 5.5 and Sonnet 5.5, still
  region-locked like the other Claude models. Your AWS account also needs the
  Bedrock model agreement and a non-zero tokens-per-minute quota for them.

Fixed

• A reply whose first block is the model's reasoning no longer reads as empty:
  Memrain takes the first text block of the answer.
