First public release candidate of dsh-self-evolving.

Verified scope:

  • stable bounded K=3 self-iteration and crash/resume recovery;
  • official DeepSeek Responses integration;
  • ENGINEERING_EFFECT_VERIFIED for the preregistered fixed-replay solve mode while the propose control remains unchanged;
  • 291/291 unit tests and 36/36 no-key E2E tests;
  • reproducible pinned DSH installation plus a scheduled latest-DSH compatibility channel;
  • Apache-2.0 source release with SBOM, provenance, dependency licenses, release receipt, and checksums.
