Release 3.10.17

Critical fix: Node.js Frond variable resolution was broken in 3.10.15-3.10.16. All {{ variable }} access returned empty.

Root cause: bracket-variable resolution was applied to all path parts. Now only actual dict[variable] patterns resolve keys from context.

Install: npm install tina4-nodejs@3.10.17
