Fix Frond inline-if parser for quoted strings

  • Replace regex-based inline-if matching with findOutsideQuotes calls so if/else keywords inside quoted strings no longer trigger the inline-if parser
  • Add parenthesized sub-expression support
  • Matches Python 3.10.18 Frond behaviour
