release: v3.11.23 — dev-admin bundle refresh

Bundle refresh ships:

  • Per-framework chat-prompt overlay so PHP/Ruby/Node sessions get
    framework-native idioms instead of Python-flavored examples.
    Detects #app[data-framework] from the SPA shell.
  • "generate image of …" / "make image of …" intent shortcut in chat
    input — bypasses LLM entirely and routes to SDXL Turbo. The 🎨
    button is gone (one less control). Same capability, less UI.
  • Optional RAG retrieval — every chat turn queries /rag/search for
    framework-relevant docs and prepends them to the system prompt.
    Failure is non-fatal.
  • Chat history persisted to localStorage — refresh no longer wipes
    context. Capped at last 200 entries.
