fix(spec): force TCP for the out-of-band mysql2 reader (localhost -> 127.0.0.1)

session_database_engines_spec's out-of-band verification reader opened a raw
Mysql2::Client with host from TINA4_TEST_MYSQL_HOST=localhost. mysql2/
libmysqlclient connects over a UNIX SOCKET for "localhost" (ignoring the
port), and the lab MySQL is a TCP-only container with no local socket, so the
mysql engine was wrongly reported as "did not work". Rewrite localhost ->
127.0.0.1 for the raw reader; the Tina4 MySQL driver already does this itself.
