This release implements bug fixes, improvements, and housekeeping tasks. The changes include new derivative limits, alternative thermodynamic expressions for gamma1 and gamma3, and a major refactoring of the table creation module from "tablecreator" to "tablebuilder".

Changes:

  • Updated derivative limits (grad_ad, chiT, chiRho) with renamed attributes and new threshold values
  • Implemented alternative expressions for gamma1 and gamma3 thermodynamic quantities
  • Refactored tablebuilder module: renamed TableCreatorDT to TableBuilder, createTablesDT to build_mesa_tables, set_parameters to set_params, and create_tables to build_tables
  • Added new entropy and internal energy handling with nan_to_num and clipping
  • Removed TinyDirectDT and TinyPTMixture from public API exports
  • Fixed attribute references in TinyDT class (changed from self.tpt.logP_min/max to self.logP_min/max)
  • Added new parameters to tablebuilder for custom EOS boundaries and helium substitution
