Flotilla 9.0.2
Fixed
- Small fixes and cleanup.
Flotilla 9.0.1
Improved
- Agents that share a checkout wait for each other's builds instead of starting a fresh build folder per task, which filled the disk.
Flotilla 9.0.0
New
- Flotilla Pro: unlimited running agents, projects and routines, plus review comments, agents that survive quitting, keep-awake, session history and more. $10 a month or $100 a year, with a 14-day free trial; see Settings > Pro.
- Flotilla stays free with up to 3 running agents, 1 project and 1 routine. Nothing is deleted past a limit: the oldest project and routine stay usable and the rest wait for Pro.
- Subscribed on another Mac? Restore Purchase in Settings > Pro emails you a link that brings Pro over.
Flotilla 8.2.0
Fixed
- Double-clicking the title bar above the sidebar zooms the window again, following the system setting.
Flotilla 8.1.0
Improved
- Pull request descriptions, comments and routine briefings show tables, nested lists and checkboxes the way GitHub does.
Flotilla 8.0.1
Improved
- The update window lists what changed in every release since yours, with a link to all release notes.
Fixed
- Pull requests show up on their session even when the branch was pushed by a script or before the session took over its checkout.
Flotilla 8.0.0
New
- ⌘-click a file path in a terminal to open it in the editor, at the line it names. Paths relative to the agent's checkout work too.
- Files outside the checkout open as their own tabs.
- Go back and forward through panes, tabs and files with ⌘[ and ⌘].
Improved
- The pull request row sits under the terminal, on the pane's background.
- Error toasts appear over the agent's pane, larger and for longer, with a close button.
- Links open on ⌘-click even while a program in the terminal tracks the mouse.
- Pull requests are matched to sessions by what each session pushed.
- Flotilla does far less work for each agent update, so the sidebar and panes stay responsive with many agents running.
- Terminals that are zoomed away, behind another tab, or in a hidden window stop drawing until you can see them.
- An agent kept running in tmux lets go of its terminal when you close its pane, and picks it back up when you open it, so agents you are not looking at use much less memory.
- git, tmux and gh run directly instead of through a new shell each time.
- Pull request panes check GitHub only while you can see them, and less often while nothing changes.
- Diffs and comments in pull request panes are prepared once, so scrolling and typing in them stay smooth.
- The Changes tab refreshes when the agent finishes a turn, and a very large diff shows its first files instead of stalling.
- Typing in large files in the editor no longer slows down with file size.
- Find Agent reads only the recent part of long conversations, and frees its memory a few minutes after you close it.
Fixed
- If Flotilla cannot open its list of projects and agents, it no longer starts empty without a word. It leaves the file alone and asks whether to quit, continue without saving, or start fresh.
- Agents kept in tmux are found again however Flotilla was launched.
- Setup checks give up after 30 seconds instead of spinning forever.
- When a Claude conversation cannot be resumed, the pane says so before starting a new one.
- Agents no longer queue up events on disk while Flotilla is closed.
Flotilla 7.2.7
New
- A keyboard shortcut guide behind ⌘/.
- Open a tool beside the agent with ⌃⇧1…9, and close the split with ⌃⇧W.
- Keep the Mac awake while agents work, with options for the display and for battery.
Improved
- The sidebar's auto-approve shield turns auto-approve off, and session auto-approve sits behind a Permissions setting.
- Flotilla asks before sending diagnostics in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland.
- Full screen keeps the grid and sidebar clear of the toolbar, and the green button offers window tiling.
Fixed
- The bundled tmux no longer crashes on macOS 26.
