Boards can be shared with a group, and shared-board attachments are metered.
Features
- Share with a group. The Share dialog offers groups; the strongest role wins and group rows stay out of the people list.
boards_project_membersis registered as a group grant table. - Shared-board attachment downloads are metered, and rate-limit refusals are recorded.
- Every collection syncs on demand and subscribes per query; whole-collection reads are narrowed to what each screen needs.
Fixes
- Assigned-to-me matches any assignee; an empty watch list runs no query.
- Sole-owned boards are handed over on offboard (on a direct membership, never a derived one); raw delete is blocked.
- Only a board's creator can bootstrap its first owner; grant-row and comment-mention rules require a login.
- A member shows once in the avatar stack across direct and group rows.
