Regenerate the root lockfile for TinyBus 0.1.1

On a fresh checkout, any root Cargo invocation using --locked—including .github/scripts/check-file-coverage.sh when run directly—fails because the updated v0.1.1 path packages require Cargo to replace the TinyBus 0.1.0 entries still committed in Cargo.lock. Earlier unlocked CI steps happen to mutate the lockfile and mask this, so commit the regenerated root lockfile with the gitlink update.
