Connectivity status remains offline

I have 2 devices; washer and dryer.

Enable de remote control on both devices. hOn app shows both appliances connected. Washer took a bit long to appear connected in Home Assistant, but dryer remains offline in Home Assistant half an hour after.

Let. me know how to diagnose or check for common failures on user side. If the integration polls the API with a fixed frequency, it would be great to get an action, service or button to trigger such polling.

Hey... just discovered that using the "refresh now" button in diagnostics device got the dryer shown as connected
