What's Changed

Weekly schedule timing

• The Power Automate weekly schedule now runs at the earliest configured end of the workday instead of the latest start of the workday.
• Schedule and reply changes made during working hours can therefore take effect the same evening, before out-of-office begins.
• Each day still uses its own configured end time for the actual OOF window. For example, a flow triggered at 17:00 can schedule that day's OOF to begin at 18:00 when that day ends later.
• Compare with cloud now checks against the same earliest-end trigger rule.

Upgrade note

• After installing 1.1.19, run Set up weekly schedule again to regenerate and import the Power Automate solution. Existing imported flows keep their old recurrence until they are re-imported.
