Powered equipment will be turned on and off automatically, they will switch it on during movement or combat, switch it off otherwise to preserve energy.
Recharging station recharges all items within 2 tile radius, including NPC and your inventory, even equipped UPS and power armour
Remade reloading for guns, UPS reloading too (batteries).
Walk up to npcs and repair their stuff without taking it on and off them. Just use regular repair tools on yourself.
