OutbreakWatch is a mobile-first, progressive web application (PWA) built to empower low-resource communities with early detection and response to health outbreaks. This lightweight platform is designed to work online and offline, enabling community health workers and local residents to report symptoms, track trends, and receive alerts in real-time.
🛠️ Built with zero infrastructure cost, minimal maintenance, and maximum impact.
