docs: update CLAUDE.md for Phase 4 UI refactoring completion

Update version to 7.0 and add Phase 4 summary:
- Component-based architecture
- Sorting and filtering features
- Color highlighting
- Scrollbar and verbose mode
- Unified sort logic with triangle symbols
- Net -743 lines of code with more features

Remove redundant 'Recent Improvements' section and update status to
'All Phases Complete - Ready for Production'.
