Summary & Motivation (Problem vs. Solution)
This is an extension of #508 and #507, which updated dependencies in the main lockfile, but not in some sub-crate lockfiles.
Since the lockfile changes only re-use trusted pinned versions (see the previous PRs and
src/Cargo.lock), there are no new dependencies to review.How I Tested These Changes
Local tests.
