Neodisk now runs on Intel Macs and on Linux, scans take about half as long, and it no longer holds on to memory from old scans.
- Intel Macs: one universal app for Apple silicon and Intel (#8)
- Linux: a native GTK 4 / libadwaita app, as AppImages for x86_64 and ARM64 or a tarball
- Faster: scans take about half as long, the final map appears right after a scan, and cached maps open faster
- Memory: replaced and rescanned scans are released instead of piling up (#9)
- Back and forward through drilled folders
- New 3D, games and backup categories, and file types can be moved between categories
- Clones inside apps count once, and folders get a kinds bar
- Help > Export Diagnostics saves a log to attach to bug reports
- Neodisk Nightly: an optional channel with new features first, installed beside this app
- Fixes: larger text sizes lay out correctly from launch, including file names and focus rings (#10); long statistics lists stay smooth; exclusions under /private match on the startup disk
