Added a comprehensive AI usage policy for the TLA Examples project, outlining rules for AI contributions, human oversight, and the responsibilities of contributors. Adopted from https://github.com/apalache-mc/apalache/blob/main/AI_POLICY.md (with the help of Opus 5).
