Initial release of SmartSDR Settings File Manager v3.0.0
Application converted from WinForm to WPF (.NET 8) with a modern Fluent Design UI.

Just run the SmartSDR_Settings_File_Manager_v3.0.0_Setup.exe file to install it on your PC.

Windows 10 (1607) or later, .NET 8 Desktop Runtime (included in Win 11)
