Adds stable canonical MCP tool identities and exports the shared naming and paged recall-oriented search implementations for hybrid hosts.
- One deterministic provider-safe name per
(server, tool)tuple - 64-character maximum with stable 16-hex collision suffixes
- Hidden, ambiguity-checked migration aliases
- Canonical names shared by discovery,
call(),describe()andtools.* createCatalogSearchPage()exposes bounded results plus exact match totals
Validation: 33 tests, zero npm audit vulnerabilities, 80/80 final hybrid tasks and 6/6 77/500-tool catalog trials.
