This pull request fleshes out the documentation that helps command-line users use tmuxp:

  • Fix an inaccuracy in the freeze docstring
  • Expand documentation for the load command significantly, explaining how CONFIG is interpreted
  • Fix short help strings so they don't get cut off with ...
  • Add a global help string.
  • Minor spelling/wording improvements
